As the primary liaison between our customers and service technicians, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional ownership experience while helping our service department achieve its performance goals.

Responsibilities

· Greet customers promptly and professionally.

· Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests.

· Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.

· Prepare repair orders and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.

· Keep customers informed on repair progress, timelines, and costs.

· Review completed work with customers and explain services performed.

· Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time.

· Coordinate with the parts and service departments to maximize efficiency.

· Maintain CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards.

· Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

· Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.

Qualifications

· Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Sales experience or the ability to confidently recommend needed services.

· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
